Vending machines come in all shapes and sizes, however a general rule of thumb is that a 1m x 1m x 1.9m (width x depth x height) space should work just fine. Larger businesses with high foot traffic often require larger capacity and or multiple machines to accommodate for the high usage demand, therefore ideally, such business would have double the aforementioned space.

Your machine will be refilled on an ‘as needed’ basis. At bait box we utilise cutting edge vending management technology to monitor sales and track stock levels. This allows us to optimise refill visits and make sure that your machine is always stocked full of your favourite snacks and cold beverages. This typically should be weekly.

The initial product mix in the machines will be determined with some help from you. Once the contract has been signed, we will send over an online survey / questionnaire which asks you and your employees to choose their favourite snack / drinks from our stock lists. Whichever products get the most votes will then be stocked in the machine. We then use smart vending management technology to monitor sales to see what is and isn't selling - so over time we can take out the stuff you don't like and try to replace it with products that you do. Furthermore, all of our machines are fitted with QR codes that can be scanned to allow our customers to give us feedback and request items. We really like to make the vending experience as custom fit as possible!

Modern day machines are extremely energy efficient, using about 7-14kWh. Energy efficiency is a key criteria we use when choosing machines, we aim to use at least B rated machines at our locations.

All of our machines use a standard 3 prong 230v 50 Hz power outlet.

We handle all of the routine maintenance and repairs that may need to be performed on your machines. If something isn’t quite right with your machine, and a repair needs to be performed, just let us know asap and we will get an engineer out to fix the problem within 48 hours.

All of our machines are duo-compatible as standard. This means that they accept both coins and contactless as payment for products. Contactless can be done with any contactless payment technology - whether that be card or through a mobile device.
